We’re absolutely delighted with the look of the Stereo C:62 – we’re not going to lie to you. It’s true, it’s rather stylish, isn’t it? The lines of the C:62® carbon frame are truly elegant. But if you look a little closer, it’s also practical and functional. For example, the straight seat tube allows for the use of a longer dropper seatpost with a deeper insertion. The threaded bottom bracket features a secure, three-bolt ISCG05 chain guide mount. The universal derailleur hanger (UDH) is robust and future-proof. There’s a brand-new, improved down tube cable routing system. An angle-adjustable headset with internal cable routing, as well as ports on the head tube for optional semi-internal cable routing. And a modular top tube mount compatible with your Garmin/Wahoo/X-Mount device. Ready for the trails – it’s all there.
There’s no denying that choosing the components for a bike like the Stereo C:62 SLT is rather satisfying. A frame of this calibre deserves the very best, and that’s exactly what we’ve given it. We started with a Fox 36 Float Factory Grip X2 fork, then fitted a matching Float X Factory rear shock. This gives you 150 mm of travel at the front and 145 mm at the rear, for exceptionally smooth and controlled suspension. The Race Face Era crankset transfers your power via the renowned Shimano XTR Di2 1×12-speed drivetrain to a pair of Newmen Phase 30 wheels fitted with 2.4-inch Schwalbe Romy tyres. The result is exceptional grip and lightning-fast acceleration. Braking is provided by the powerful, progressive Shimano XTR hydraulic disc brakes. Details such as the handlebar-controlled dropper seatpost and the Race Face cockpit with its comfortable Era handlebars ensure perfect control. The ideal bike for the trails.
