KATHMANDU SLX

If there is one bike frame that proves that form and function can coexist, it is the Kathmandu. Extremely fine welds create joints between the high-performance aluminium tubes that are so seamless that one tube flows almost naturally into the next, whilst the internal cable routing completes the clean, minimalist aesthetic. But it’s not all about looks. Our robust integrated IC 3.0 luggage rack works perfectly with the ACID mudguard, which also features a rear light to complement the front light and the included mudguard. The UDH derailleur hanger is sturdy and future-proof, whilst the flat kickstand makes it easy to find a place to park. We’ve even added extra mounting points to the frame to make it easier to attach additional bags, accessories and water bottles. Because you never know what you might need…

Cycling is the most efficient way to get from A to B anywhere on the planet, and in its own way, the Kathmandu SLX is a celebration of that fact. The fast-rolling Schwalbe Marathon Mondial tyres and the legendary Shimano XT 1×12-speed drivetrain help you reach your destination quickly, whilst a set of powerful Shimano Cues hydraulic disc brakes ensure you can always slow down and stop safely. Its RockShox Paragon air suspension fork offers comfort and ease of adjustment. This makes long days in the saddle a pleasure. And with the integrated 3.0 luggage rack, mudguards, lights and kickstand, you have everything you need for a low-impact, low-carbon journey.
