The Gocycle G4i models feature updated versions of Gocycle's advanced rider-focused technologies. These include the brand's F1-inspired custom rider cockpit, predictive electronic gear shifting and patented automotive-inspired daytime running lights (DRL) that improve rider safety by ensuring they can be seen from further away. Many unique rider-centric settings are now adjustable via the GocycleConnect app.
The Gocycle G4i is powered by the all-new G4drive™ electric motor. The G4drive ™ offers a smooth and quiet ride, while providing more torque and low-speed starting capability - all in a compact, premium package. The proprietary G4drive ™ and gearbox have been in development for a number of years and subjected to many, many miles of testing at Gocycle's research and development facilities to ensure they operate to G4i's high reliability standards.
An all-new single-sided carbon fibre front fork houses the fully integrated G4drive™ electric motor and connects the Gocycle G4i chassis to the road. Its smooth, flowing lines offer a clean aesthetic while helping to reduce stress and overall weight. It has been designed with more vertical flexibility for improved comfort while maintaining directional rigidity for safe cornering.
Gocycle's renowned handling ability is further enhanced with the introduction of a new, lighter and more precise carbon fibre centre frame that forms the Gocycle G4i monocoque chassis. It provides a solid core and has the important task of connecting the hydroformed aluminium front frame and Gocycle's patented magnesium Cleandrive. Three different components, three different materials, each optimised for three different roles.
