The Editor’s Trapeze frame has a familiar look, but with a sense of style that city dwellers will appreciate. Built around a clean, quiet and low-maintenance belt drive, the lightweight aluminium frame with double bottom bracket features meticulously crafted tube joints for an organic, almost seamless look. Fully internal cable routing completes the clean aesthetic, and the lightweight, slender full-carbon fork complements it perfectly. Mounts for mudguards and kickstands are included, and the frame is compatible with our SIC 2.1 semi-integrated luggage rack. You’ll find everything you need to thrive in the city.
«Fully equipped», means exactly what it says: a semi-integrated SIC 2.1 luggage rack for your essentials, mudguards to keep you dry, hub-dynamo-powered lights so you can see and be seen, and a kickstand for parking. At the heart of all these features lies the Editor SLX FE’s aluminium frame, with its uncompromising elegance, and the full-carbon fork: a taut, agile and inspiring combination for urban cycling. The 11-speed Shimano Alfine hub, driven by a clean and quiet Gates carbon belt, offers a wide range of gears along with quiet operation and requires little maintenance. Thanks to the 55 mm Schwalbe Motion Big Apple tyres and powerful Shimano hydraulic disc brakes, you can slow down and stop safely, whatever the weather conditions.
