We designed the Attain’s semi-aerodynamic 6061 aluminium frame with both comfort and performance in mind. A teardrop-shaped down tube helps the frame cut through the air, whilst internal cable routing reduces clutter; Smooth Welding gives the tube joints a premium, almost organic look. Its tapered head tube and through-axles at the front and rear ensure pinpoint precision and highly efficient power transfer. Its narrower seatstays and full-carbon fork help reduce vibrations and absorb road irregularities for greater rider comfort, and there’s room for tyres up to 33 mm. And, with a seamlessly integrated seatpost clamp and mounting points beneath the top tube, we like to think we’ve thought of everything… so all you have to do is ride.
The idea behind the Attain Race is that it combines the speed of a semi-aerodynamic road bike with the comfort of an ultra-light touring bike. For example, we’ve fitted a Shimano Cues 2×11 drivetrain and matching Cues hydraulic disc brakes for safe and powerful stopping power. We’ve also fitted high-grip Continental Grand Prix tyres in a comfortable 32 mm width. The bike is rounded off with a lightweight carbon fork and a sleek frame designed for both comfort and speed, so you can broaden your horizons in whatever direction suits you best.
