An aerodynamic bike that reduces wind resistance is brilliant, but a racing bike must also (obviously) be as light as possible. So, with the Litening® AIR, we’ve teamed up with professional riders from the peloton to develop a frame using our C:68X® carbon, combining the best of both worlds. Weighing around 799 g for a medium-sized frame, it is light enough to easily build a 6.9 kg bike that complies with UCI standards, but, thanks to details such as fully internal cable routing, carefully designed tube profiles and our IC Aero one-piece carbon cockpit, it remains aerodynamic and comfortable for long days in the saddle. The weight savings achieved across a traditional racing bike are easily noticeable and have a real impact on your performance!
The Litening AIR C:68X SLT builds on the UCI’s regulations regarding frame weight and design, transforming them into a super-efficient, ultra-light carbon racing machine, the very essence of which is speed. Newmen Streem Allround 49/54 Vonoa wheels with carbon rims and spokes, fitted with 28 mm Conti GP5000 S TR tyres, from the carefully optimised frame tube profiles to the internal cable routing and the IC Aero handlebars, every detail is designed to save precious seconds. And the top-of-the-range Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 components, including a 4iiii power metre crankset, transfer your power to the road and enable you to stop safely. There really is a difference between fast and very fast. Can you guess which category this bike falls into?
