To guarantee a reliable valuation, we work with Upway, a recognised expert in reconditioned and second-hand e-bikes. Thanks to an advanced algorithm, you'll receive an estimate that's fair, up-to-date and in line with the real price on the second-hand market.

This estimate is based on four concrete and measurable criteria:

- Bike brand
- Its original purchase price
- Its year of circulation
- Its total mileage

When we make you an offer, it's guaranteed for 14 days - even if the market changes in the meantime. This gives you time to think things over calmly and clearly, without the fear of a sudden change in value.

The trade-in value given by the simulator is for information only. Bikes must be analysed in-store to obtain a definitive offer. Cycles Devos reserves the right to accept or reject each bike.
